Terms of Service

Effective date: July 14, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Gadaa /ask (the "Service") provided by Gadaa Solutions LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. The Service is currently offered as a public beta and may change, break, or be interrupted.

1. The Service

Gadaa /ask consults multiple AI models and returns a synthesized answer with confidence information. It is an informational tool. See the AI Disclaimer (Section 7), which is part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service, and you must provide accurate registration information. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes, or to generate or facilitate illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or abusive content;
• attempt prompt-injection, jailbreaking, or to manipulate the Service into bypassing its safeguards;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or build a competing dataset/model from the Service's outputs except as permitted by law;
• upload content you lack the rights to, or that infringes others' rights;
• overload, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• submit others' personal data without a lawful basis, or submit sensitive personal data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate and improve the Service (subject to the Privacy Policy). As between you and us, you may use the outputs you receive, subject to these Terms and the underlying AI providers' terms. You are responsible for how you use outputs.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, branding, design system, council architecture, prompts, and software, is owned by Gadaa Solutions LLC and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our IP except the right to use the Service.

6. Payment (if/when paid tiers launch)

Paid features, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation terms will be described at checkout and incorporated here. Payments are processed by a third-party processor (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

7. AI Disclaimer (incorporated)

The AI Disclaimer is part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Gadaa Solutions LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE'S OUTPUTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Gadaa Solutions LLC's TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID Gadaa Solutions LLC DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Gadaa Solutions LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before commencing any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@gadaa.ai; if it is not resolved within 30 days of that notice, either party may proceed. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts or the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual action in small-claims court, or from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive any right to a jury trial or to bring or participate in a class action.

11. Changes & termination

We may modify these Terms or the Service; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access per these Terms.
